Charlie Caravello
Owner
After a successful 15-year career in medical sales, Charlie Caravello pursued his dream of business ownership and purchased a Window Genie franchise in 2014. As one of the system’s fastest growing franchises ever, Charlie utilized his business experience and leadership skills to achieve the highest gross profit margin of all locations in less than 4 years.
In the spring of 2018, Charlie decided to sell his business to one of his top employees in order to ensure a smooth transition and continuous growth of the team and the business. Upon selling, Charlie’s franchise was already producing the 3rd highest revenue of all franchises in the system. During his time in the system, Charlie won a variety of national performance awards including multiple Top Gun awards (top 10 performing franchise partners who achieve highest revenue and growth).
In 2020, Charlie purchased his second multi-unit franchise in securing the entire Louisville market for Monster Tree Service. He finished 2023 as a top producer, finishing 12th out of 93 locations in total revenue while also accumulating over 170 Google reviews with a 4.9 overall rating. Customer service is top of mind in each business and has been the key to the extraordinary growth he has achieved in each business.
Charlie decided to add CRS to his business portfolio in mid-2023 and is very grateful for the opportunity to help homeowners through difficult times. He is already using his customer focused approach to quickly grow his business in the content restoration space. Keeping the best interest of the homeowner as the key focus has become priority number and allowed CRS of Louisville to quickly become a top choice for both homeowners and restoration contractors in the area.
The IICRC has provided the highest quality certifications to industry professionals around the world.

For damaged contents in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas, our service includes:
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?
- In smaller fires, content and structure cleaning should be the first task to address
- Soot and fire extinguisher dust left on items can “etch” the items making them unrestorable (when touching items wear gloves to lessen etching)
- If you are living in the home, breathing in the soot floating in the air can be bad for your health
- We also will assist with any duct cleaning needed to clean the air system.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?
- Contents normally need to be addressed first after the home has been secured and released from fire investigators
- This allows for the restoration companies and adjusters to have a clear picture of the extent of structural damage
- The longer items are covered in soot and water, the lesser the chance for restoration
- Removing items creates a safer environment for crews
- For non-restorable items, we will photo inventory every item in an easy-to-read report for you to share with your insurance company.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?
- We will also create a list of non-restorable items also known as non-salvageable or total-loss items
- This list will come in an Excel spreadsheet format as well as a PDF report with photos, serial numbers, and model numbers of each item
