Jil Wolfram-James
As a vital member of our team as Director of Onboarding Operations and Franchise Relations, Jil brings her expertise and enthusiasm to support franchisees throughout the onboarding process for their CRS location. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for fostering strong relationships, Jil is committed to ensuring that franchisees feel confident and empowered as they embark on their journey to opening their CRS location. From guiding them through initial setup procedures like finding a warehouse and pre-marketing campaigns to providing ongoing assistance with operational intricacies, Jil is dedicated to delivering personalized support every step of the way. Franchisees can rely on her comprehensive knowledge to navigate the onboarding process smoothly and successfully. This in turn makes it efficient for our franchisees to set them up for success and help them kick off their CRS endeavors.
Danielle Miller
Being a seasoned CRS employee, as the Ex-General Manager of CRS Pittsburgh, and now our Field Franchisee Support Lead, Danielle brings a wealth of experience in field operations and development to support our franchisees. With her extensive knowledge of our processes and procedures, Danielle will be instrumental in her role by not only teaching and guiding them but also actively engaging in their first job experiences, by traveling to their specific location and going out with their team on their first packout job. Her expertise as a specialist and extensive tenure with CRS provide a unique experience to lead each franchisee through the intricacies of the packout process like insurance billing questions, staffing needs, and other necessary platforms. Danielle’s commitment to excellence, passion, and knowledge will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of our franchise network in packout operations.
Colin Jones
As an experienced franchise owner with a strong financial background and a degree in accounting, Colin will ensure that franchisees have the tools they need to manage their finances effectively as our Franchisee Financial Support Coordinator. He will provide comprehensive training on the initial setup of financial programs, empowering franchisees to navigate their financial responsibilities with confidence. Additionally, Colin will play a key role in onboarding new franchisees onto our franchise support software and facilitating seamless integration into our operational framework. With Colin’s dedicated support, franchisees can look forward to an enhanced financial system and greater operational efficiency.
